We offer store credit ONLY and NO refunds for any returns. Sale items do not apply and are FINAL SALE.
Once package is delivered, the buyer has a window of 5 business days to contact us for a return. Buyer will have up to 7 days to ship the item back.
If you are shipping back an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note return shipping fee will be the buyer's responsibility.
All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com regarding any returns and/or for a Return Authorization. If your return has not been authorized, we cannot guarantee a store credit.

Please email us at hello@jielcollections with photos to show the damage of the item. We will determine if it is fixable and at our discretion request to have it sent back to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Promotions or discounts can not be applied to purchase a gift card. Refunds or exchanges or redeemable in cash value is not permitted. Our gift cards are digital and sent via email. They are redeemable online through our website only. Gift cards do not expire.
You have a 1-hour time frame window after placing your order to cancel or void your order. If you wish to cancel outside of the allowed time slot, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate, however, it is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. Promotions change frequently and orders must be placed during the timeframe to get the offer at the time of checkout.
