We currently only offer shipping within the US, Canada, and Australia.
Due to COVID-19, Standard shipping and Priority Shipping may take longer than usual. We cannot issue any SHIPPING REFUND due to the delays with USPS as it is not under our control.
Shipping for domestic US orders for standard USPS First Class Mail shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days from the time it ships depending on the destination of the package.
*Please allow extra ship time during sale times and the holiday season.
Our shipping carrier is currently being handled through United States Postal Service.
DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET?
It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package? Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your package after 2-3 days, please check your local post office.
Please note after we ship out your order, we are not responsible for your package that shows "Delivered". You must file a "Lost Package Claim" through USPS after checking your local post office.
For any "Delivered" packages that may have been stolen, misplaced, lost or mishandled, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. Please check back with us in the future, as things can change. :)
PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill your order (unless stated otherwise in the item description). During peak season, high sales volume, and holidays, please allow up to 2-4 weeks. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day. This does not include the shipping time frame. Please consider this when placing an order for a gift and/or special occasion with a specific deadline.
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us first so we can make sure that your order can reach you on time.
You have a one-hour time frame window after placing your order to cancel or void your order. We cannot stop or pause the order once it is already queued into line for production.
